UploadFlow AI respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
Information we collect
Account data from Clerk (email, name, profile image) when you sign up.
Project content you create in studios (titles, prompts, generated packs) stored in our database.
Billing metadata from Stripe (subscription status, invoices) — we do not store full card numbers.
Usage data such as credit consumption, exports, and generation logs to operate the service.
How we use your data
To provide SEO generation, project storage, billing, and customer support.
To improve reliability and prevent abuse.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
AI processing
When you generate content, your prompts may be sent to third-party AI providers (e.g. Anthropic, OpenAI) under their terms.
Do not submit sensitive personal data you are not comfortable sharing with AI providers.
Data retention & deletion
Projects and account data remain until you delete your account via Clerk security settings.
You may request data export or deletion by emailing hello@uploadflow.ai.
Security
Traffic is encrypted via TLS. Authentication is handled by Clerk. Payments are processed by Stripe.
