Refund Policy

You may cancel anytime from Settings → Billing → Manage Plan. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period.

We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months unless required by law.

One-time credit packs are non-refundable once credits have been added to your account, except where required by law or in cases of duplicate charges.

If a generation fails due to a system error, credits are refunded automatically in your ledger.

If you believe credits were charged incorrectly, email hello@uploadflow.ai within 14 days with your account email and approximate time of the issue.

Contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve the issue quickly.
